Custom made Orthoses
What type of footwear do I need?
Your shoes must be able to accommodate both Orthoses and feet securely. This is best achieved by using laces or straps. A broad heel base, not higher than 1¼ inches is best.
Check that the Orthoses fit into your shoes properly, before you purchase the shoes.
Remember you have only one pair of feet to last throughout your life.
